Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 4 Seasons Firearms website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our services:

  • Be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles and shotguns
  • Be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns
  • Be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under federal, state, and local law
  • Provide valid government-issued identification

Purchases and Transactions

  • All firearm purchases require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a background check
  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is processed securely through Fortis
  • Sales tax is applied as required by law

FFL Transfers

Firearms shipped to our location for transfer are subject to our transfer fees and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. See our FFL Transfer page for details.

Range and Training Services

  • All range users must sign a liability waiver
  • Range rules must be followed at all times
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely
  • Training class enrollments are subject to availability
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund

Our AI assistant Gunny provides general information and guidance. Gunny's responses do not constitute legal advice. Always verify legal requirements with appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

4 Seasons Firearms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law, including the Gun Control Act and all ATF regulations.
