Firearms
Due to federal regulations, firearms are generally non-returnableonce the transfer has been completed. Defective firearms will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
Accessories, Optics & Gear
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Refund issued to original payment method
Ammunition
Ammunition is non-returnable for safety reasons. Defective ammunition will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
Training Classes
- Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before class
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before class
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before class
- Class credits may be offered for rescheduling
Range Time
Unused range time reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the reserved time slot for a full refund.
