Shipping Policy
Firearms Shipping
All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We cannot ship firearms directly to individuals. Firearms are shipped via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required and full insurance.
Accessories & Gear Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — $7.99
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.99
- Free Shipping: On orders over $150 (standard shipping)
Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition ships via ground service only (no air shipment). Ammunition must be shipped to an address where the recipient is of legal age to purchase. Additional hazmat shipping fees may apply.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship next business day
- No shipping on weekends or federal holidays
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the carrier's system.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will file a claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
